A pass in two years PUC science examinations Conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka, or an equivalent examination with the combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and with any one science subject. 

OR 

A pass in two years PUC science examination of the Department of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka with Inter-Agriculture subject.

To be eligible, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 science examination with PCB/PCBM/PCM/10+2 Agriculture having scored not less than 50% in aggregate with the condition that candidates from different streams must take remedial courses as prescribed.
