Admissions in UG Courses- as per the guidelines of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

BBA.LL.B(Hons) is a Five-year program (Ten Semesters). The eligibility criteria for BBA.LL.B(Hons) is that one should have passed 12th with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General/OBC and 40% for SC/ST candidates. The course is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi & Government of Madhya Pradesh and affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya (DAVV), Indore.

The Candidate should pass the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with 50% marks. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in the case of SC/ST students.

Applicants who have obtained a 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate or first-degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method are eligible for admission in the integrated five-year course.

Applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through open universities system, directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission in law course.”
