The students are admitted to the Oxford College of Engineering on Karnataka PGCET merit and GATE score.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST & OBC category) in the above subjects taken together, of any Board recognized by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.

The candidate should Pass in BE / B Tech. in the relevant discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of all the Semesters / Years a cumulative sum of secured marks of all the Semesters / Years divided by the sum of the maximum marks. In case of Karnataka SC/ST/Cat-I candidates marks shall not less than 45% and secured a rank in the entrance test with a valid score
