Admission to the first year of Law will be taken based on merit/entrance examination.

To get admission in the year LL.B. program, applicants of the General, OBC, and SC/ST categories will have to achieve a minimum of 45%, 42%, and 40%, respectively, in their final year examination (UG/PG) required for eligibility according to the rules of the Bar Council of India. The admission process will be conducted according to the latest available criteria of BCI.

The passing grade is determined on the basis of the combined marks obtained in three years. As per the rules of the Bar Council and University/Government for general and backward classes, candidates securing less than 45% marks in the qualifying examination and less than 40% marks for SC/ST will not be admitted to the first year of Bachelor of Law. Apart from this, other rules will also be implemented as per the instructions of the Bar Council, Government, and University. Admission to the first year of Law will be taken based on merit/entrance examination.
