Admission Details
The applicants will have to qualify West Bengal Joint Entrance (WBJEE) or Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). 90% of the entrants are absorbed from the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and 10% of students are admitted from JEE (Main).
As per norms of the West Bengal Board of Education, candidates are selected on the basis of their rankings in the West Bengal JEE for admission in B. Pharm.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be a citizen of India and should have passed the H.S. (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board in a regular class mode with the following:
Lateral Entry
Candidates qualified in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (JEE.) and 10+2 examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other approved board /university of India with 45% marks and 40% for SC/ST in combination of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, are eligible for applying to this course.
Admission of Lateral Entry students - D. Pharmacy students interested in B.Pharm course has to appear in West Bengal Joint Entrance Lateral Entry Test (JELET)
