Admissions are made through Entrance Test.

The merit list for admission into PG courses will be prepared on the basis of performance of the candidate in the entrance test only. In case of a tie the following conditions will be applied in order of preference.

i) Total number of correct answers secured.

ii) Total number of questions attempted.

A candidate must have passed with the B.Sc. with Honours in Zoology or Zoology as a pass subject with 50% marks in aggregate, excluding ancillary and foundation courses from recognized University.

Admission into this subject require at least a second class honours with minimum 50% marks in the concerned Honours subject/ or a minimum 50% marks in that concerned elective along with 50 % aggregate marks from a UGC/AICT recognized institute at Graduation level.
