Admissions will be based on Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.

A percentage of the seats are filled in through EAMCET based on the rank secured by the candidates. The TS EAMCET entrance test is conducted by the convener, who is appointed by the State Council for Higher Education.

First year:-

•  A pass at the Intermediate Examination of Andhra Pradesh State Intermediate Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology or equivalent. 
• Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.

Second year (Lateral Admission):-

• A pass at D. Pharmacy course (ER-91) with I class.
• Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (E-CET) conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.

• The candidate should be an Indian National.

• Candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by the state/ central government with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together.

• Minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in PCM/PCB.

• B. Pharm lateral entry (to the third semester): Candidates who have passed the D. Pharm course from PCI PCI-approved institute with a 60% aggregate marks
