Balance seats are filled by the Colleges through Direct admissions as per AKTU guidelines, under the Management Quota. Any unfilled seats / lapsed seats (filled but not reported for joining) are also filled by the college after getting approval from the University.

Eligibility-2nd Year (Lateral Entry)

FOR B. Tech. Bio Tech- Diploma in Engg. with min. 50% or B.Sc (with maths) min. 50% Marks. OR Qualified UPSEE Rank.

• (10+2) with Physics & Math and anyone out of Chem. / Biology / Biotechnology / Technical Vocation Subject with 50% marks.

Note: for B.Tech.(Bio-Tech.) Physics & Math or Biology are any Chemistry / Biotechnology /Technical Vocation subjects with 50% marks.

B.TECH 2nd Year Direct (Lateral Entry)  

• Diploma in Engg. with min. 50% or B. Sc. with, Math, min. 50% marks.
