Candidates seeking admission to Management Quota seats are to satisfy below below-mentioned eligibility criteria. Additionally, candidates need to qualify for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). The merit for admission is drawn based on aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination, i.e., 10+2, and the Rank Secured in the CLAT Examination.

• Seeking admission into a 5-year law course, only 10th and 12th qualification suffices, with 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
• The qualifications of the 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
• And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.

• Pass in 12th class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
• Aggregate of 50% marks in the 12th class for eligibility will be taken as the aggregate of best four subjects (unless otherwise specified) including English.
