• The candidate shall have passed HSC examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics subjects.
• The candidate shall have passed D.Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act 1948.
• Vocational stream & National open school certificate is not eligible for admission.
• Candidate should have completed 17 years of age on the date of admission or should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

• Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates should have passed HSC or equivalent examination with an aggregate of 35% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics.
• Vocational Stream / National Open School certificate is not eligible for admission.
