The admission under the General category will be on the basis of NEET PG ranking. The centralised counselling will be conducted by the Directorate General Of Health Services (DGHS ). And Students seeking admission under the NRI/ Management category should also be NEET PG qualified. The candidates should fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by DGHS for admission under this category. The counselling will also be conducted by DGHS. The payment of the fee shall be in foreign currency or from the NRE account of the Sponsor.

• Pass in MBBS degree from an Institution / University recognized by National Medical Council (NMC) / the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI)
• Internship completion date should be on or before the date specified by NMC
• Permanent Registration Certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the National Medical Council (NMC) / the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council
• Candidates holding foreign degree must be registered practitioners in the Country from where they have obtained their degree and MUST obtain a temporary registration certificate from National Medical Council (NMC)
• Indian citizens or overseas citizens of India who have obtained their Primary Medical Qualifications from Medical Colleges outside India should have qualified the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (Screening Test) as per Screening Test Regulations, 2002 which is conducted by National Board of Examinations.

A candidate who has selected for admission to a postgraduate degree shall possess MBBS degree or equivalent qualifications as specified by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
