Admission is based on merit computed based on marks secured in the qualifying examination.

Admission to the Programme is by Merit only through All India Entrance Test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth University.

• The applicant should have passed a graduation or its equivalent examination. Should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the case of the general category, 42% marks in the case of the OBC category & 40% marks in the case of the SC/ST category.
• Age Limit: As prescribed by BCI from time to time.

The applicant shall have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in any of the faculties of any recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into the stream of 3 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 30 years in the general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicants it is limited to 35 years.
