• If you are in an Indian Board, a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject.

• A minimum 90 percentile in JEE Main 2027. Foreign/ NRI/ NRI sponsored candidates are exempted from the entrance test.

Indian Boards

You must have successfully completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any Technical Vocational subject with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and English as a compulsory subject.

A Levels

You must have successfully completed A Levels with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or any Technical Vocational subject with a minimum Grade D average at the A Level, English at the AS Level, or have a minimum of five passes in IGCSE, GCSE, or GCE O Level examinations, including English.

International Baccalaureate (IB)

You must have successfully completed the IB Diploma or IB Certificate with English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or any Technical Vocational subject (preferably Mathematics and Physics at Higher Level). You must also have:

• A minimum of 3 points in each subject.
• 3 Higher Level (HL) and 3 Standard Level (SL) subjects.
• At least 2 science subjects at HL.
• An average of at least 4 points in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject.
• An overall minimum of 24 points.
• You must appear for MET 2027 and secure the required cutoff.
• Technical Vocational subjects must be related to Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical streams. Technical Vocational subjects must be related to Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical streams.

MET 2026 Rank Holders

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to B Tech, with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, put together.

Merit-Based Admission

Manipal University Jaipur offers Merit-Based Admissions to eligible candidates who meet any one of the following criteria:

• Passed Class XII with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with a minimum aggregate of 70% (or equivalent) in PMX subjects, where X may include Chemistry/Computer Science /Biotechnology /Biology / Engineering Drawing /Electronics/Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics or
• SAT score of minimum 75% or JEE (Main) score of minimum 90 percentile & Passed Class XII with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent) in PMX subjects, where X may include Chemistry/Computer Science /Biotechnology /Biology / Engineering Drawing /Electronics/Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics
