The centralized online counseling (other than PMS & Management seats) for admission in 1st year  B.Tech courses are conducted by the Coordinator, REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process).

MET 2026 Rank Holders

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to B Tech, with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, put together.

Merit-Based Admission

Manipal University Jaipur offers Merit-Based Admissions to eligible candidates who meet any one of the following criteria:

• Passed Class XII with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent) in PMX subjects, where X may include Chemistry/Computer Science /Biotechnology /Biology / Engineering Drawing /Electronics/Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics

All admissions are subject to merit, fulfilment of eligibility criteria, and availability of seats.

B Tech - Lateral Entry (Candidates are admitted directly to second year)

• The candidates who have passed 3 year diploma in relevant field of Engineering/BSc (PCM) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate can apply for Lateral Entry to B Tech Programmes

Candidate must have passed class-XII (10+2) examination with a combination of any three subjects; with physics and/or Mathematics as a compulsory subject(s) along with Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship from any recognized board/university.

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) individually in each of the three subjects mentioned above.

OR

Candidate must have passed a minimum 3 years/ 2 years Diploma examination in engineering & technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates from reserved category) from an approved Institution/UGC recognized University, subject to vacancies in the B.Tech. First Year provided the vacancies for lateral entry are exhausted.
