As per the prevailing Government Policy:- 70% of the seats are allotted from Government - Convenor Quota, and the remaining 30% from Management Quota - EAMCET/JEE Main Qualified or as notified by the Government likely 10+2 pass.

All the eligible candidates for admission into the First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of Telangana. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
