Register and take PESSAT. Interview should be attended on the same day of test on campus (candidate to get their creative portfolio works for added benefit). Result will be shared with the candidate within 3 working days after test. If selected, can proceed with admissions. If the candidate has taken UCEED, then he/she must register for PESSAT (mandatory) but there is no need to take the test. Candidate can directly attend the interview carrying creative portfolio and PESSAT hall ticket.

Admissions in the B.Des program are subject to performance in PDET (Presidency’s Design Entrance Test).

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Arts, Science, Commerce or any other relevant stream and should have studied English as a mandatory course.
• Candidates must have passed 3 year diploma with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and should have studied English as a mandatory courses.
• Candidates must have secured a rank in UCEED conducted by IDC of IIT- Bombay or should have a valid score in PESSAT conducted by PES University.

A candidate must have Pass in 10+2 examination/ Pre-University / Higher Secondary with Arts Commerce, Science stream. Obtained at least 45% marks In case of SC/ST, Category -1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) category students from Karnataka candidates) the minimum marks for eligibility shall be 40 %.
