SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) is a 105-minute assessment that helps us understand your leadership potential and strengths of your personality. The STAT takes into account four personality traits that contribute to the making of a great leader. These attributes are:

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

We have a rolling interview process. You can expect to get a decision on your shortlist within four weeks of submitting your application and two weeks of taking the STAT. Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the MBA program fits with your plans.

Students are expected to arrive at the interview location 30 min prior to the interview

ADMISSION DECISION

Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview there are three possible outcomes:

You are made an offer to join the program.

You are asked to appear for personal interview for the second time.

You are not successful at securing a place this year.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Once  you are made an offer to join the program, you will be required to secure your place by paying the first installment  of the course fee – INR Two Lacs within 10 days of receiving the offer. The Admissions team will guide you through this process.

• Candidates shortlisted based on IBSAT 2025 or GMAT®/NMAT/CAT/XAT scores are invited for the Selection Process in February 2026.
• The process includes:

  • Personal Interview

• A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 50% in graduation
• Greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations
• Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required
• Valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT scores are accepted

For MBA / PGPM Programs

• Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks, with English as the medium of instruction.
• Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern).
• Applicants in their final year of graduation are eligible to apply, provided they complete all requirements (including practicals/viva/assignments) by May 31, 2026.
• Proof of graduation (marksheets and certificates) must be submitted by November 1, 2026, failing which admission will remain provisional.
• Candidates not meeting the English-medium requirement must submit TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores by May 31, 2026.
• Eligibility will be verified from August 2026 onwards. Responsibility for meeting the criteria rests solely with the candidate.
