The Candidates should be NEET qualified.

The admission shall be on the basis of NEET exam.

Candidates who have passed PUC Examination of the PUC education board, Bangalore or any other examination recognized as equivalent therein with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects with not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate of the relevant science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) of the second year PUC examination only are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates knowing Sanskrit.

The basic requirement for the eligibility to get the admission to BAMS program is qualifying for the 12th Standard with science stream or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned state government and education boards, provided the candidates pass the examination with 50% aggregate marks in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
