Candidates applying for M.Tech. Programs may seek admission either based on valid GATE score on
GATE category or based on the performance in the University entrance examinations.

Admission to all categories of students is granted on the basis of GATE Score/ counseling/interview/admission test held usually during the month of May-July every year. A separated written test/Interview will be conducted for respective departments if no sufficient candidate is available.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have passed the B.E./B.Tech./AMIE/AMIETE in Computer Science
& Engineering or MCA with a minimum of 60%
marks in aggregate.

Minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or First Class in the qualifying degree, fulfilling specific requirements for different disciplines, as indicated below:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area or MSc (Computer Science/Information Technology) or MCA from a recognized Institution and a valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score in CS.
