Candidates seeking admission into M.Sc. should have passed BA/B.Sc. or equivalent degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University/Institute with First Class and not less than 60% aggregate marks (of all the years) or equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10. In case of SC/ST candidates, 55% aggregate marks (of all the years) or equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10 is the eligibility requirement.

The candidate becomes eligible for the program when he/she Passes the XII standard board examination or equivalent in the science stream from any recognized Higher Secondary Education Board in India.
