Candidates shall be offered admission based on their choices and All India Ranks of JEE (Main).

Once you have achieved the above-mentioned percentage, you face a Pre-Admission Test (PAT) of JEE Main or Odisha JEE. All the admissions will be done based on these JEE Mains ranks / Odisha JEE (OJEE ) and marks in the 10+2 examination.

Lateral Entry:

Admission will be strictly based on the merit of the OJEE (Odisha JEE ) online entrance test for lateral entry and marks scored in Diploma/B.Sc. Examination.

The candidate should have Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.

• If you want to take admission in 4 4-year B.Tech/Degree program, you must have some minimum educational qualifications that have been stated below:
• Should have passed/appeared in the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics + first paper + second paper). There is a percentage relaxation of 5% for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category; they only have to secure 40% in aggregate for admission to an engineering college.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have passed/appeared in a year diploma examination (two years in case of Lateral entry Diploma) in Engineering from the State Council of Technical Education and Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha, or from an AICTE approved Institute / from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
• Should have passed B.Sc. from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 50% marks, and passed the XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
• In the case of students belonging to the B.Sc. stream, they will clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first-year engineering program, along with the second-year subjects.
