Viz., Psychology/ Sociology/ Social Work/Home Science/ Human Resource Development (Management)., or B.Ed., or a graduate in any discipline of Rehabilitation Science - A Doctor (from any medical faculty such as Allopathy/Ayurveda/Unani/Homeopathy), paramedical rehabilitation: Nurse, physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, speech therapist, an audiologist with 50% marks in aggregate (including languages). The degree is awarded by Bangalore University.

A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
