A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in any stream from a recognized university and has secured not less than 45% marks (for General category), 42% marks (OBC category), and 40% marks (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) in a 10+2+3 pattern in the qualifying examination.
