The Candidates should have passed ALL the subjects in the Academic stream of the Qualifying Examination with 10+2 years of schooling under the Board of Higher Secondary Education of the Government of Tamil Nadu / Central Board of Secondary Education / Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations / other State Government Boards / other International Boards that are recognized are eligible.

To be eligible, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 science examination with PCB/PCBM/PCM/10+2 Agriculture having scored not less than 50% marks in aggregate with the condition that candidates coming from different streams must take remedial courses as prescribed.
