Admission Details

Admission shall be on merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University.

Admission to the four-year degree program in Elementary Teacher Education shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ie. 10+2 senior secondary examination) and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy or the affiliating university.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the B.El.Ed Programme should have cleared the higher secondary examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

A candidate should have passed H.S.C. or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC / ST / NT / DTNT / OBC categories belonging to the State of U.P.).
