Admissions in all courses which are offered by the University will be done As per Merit basis based on marks of qualifying examination, who are eligible (fulfill the eligibility as per criterion) and shall be done strictly according to it. Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.

The qualifications of the 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).

The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
