Admission Details

For Maharashtra state candidate admission process is carried out through MASA CAP. Students have to keep track of the dates of CAP rounds by referring MASA website.

Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility criteria for admission to 5 year B.Arch course shall be as follows: 1. 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board/university with mathematics as a subject of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks in case of reserved categories of Maharashtra State only) OR 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by central/state Governments with 50% aggregate marks. (45% aggregate marks in case of reserved categories of Maharashtra State only) OR International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with mathematics as compulsory subject of examination. 2. The valid score in NATA test/AIEEE aptitude test.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
