For Candidates with letter grades/CGPA on other scales, the equivalence will be decided by the Institute. For M.Sc. (Chemistry), Bachelor’s degree with Chemistry as a subject for three years/six semesters and Mathematics at (10+2) level. For M.Sc. (Mathematics), Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters. For M.Sc. (Physics), Bachelor’s degree with Physics as a subject for two years/four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/two semesters. For M.Sc. (Cognitive Science), Qualifying Degree: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.M.S./B.Tech./B.E./B. Stat./B.Math. or equivalent For M.Sc. (Economics), Qualifying Degree: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech./B.E./B.Stat./B.Math. or equivalent.

A candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration or equivalent under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university.
