Admission to the VIT Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) is done through a batch selection process. Eligible candidates need to apply through the official VIT Online portal by submitting the application form along with the required documents.

Bachelor'ss degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university. Applicants must have a valid CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA score. NMAT and SNAP scores are accepted only when accompanied by another AICTE-approved entrance test score. Final selection is based on academic performance, profile evaluation, and Personal Interview.

To be eligible for the VIT Online MBA programme, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree of at least three years from a recognised university.

• A minimum of 50% marks is required (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories).

• The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate of all the subjects from any of the Universities recognized by the AIU/UGC or AICTE or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.
• The Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail or minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling (10+2) equivalent.
• Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in the year can also apply subject to furnishing the proof of having passed graduation by October and obtaining minimum 50% marks in an aggregate total of all the subjects studied failing which the provisional admission will be canceled and no fee will be refunded in lieu thereof.
• All candidates are required to take the CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/CMAT with a minimum 50 Percentile.
