• Merit list will be prepared on the basis of 10+2 marks and subject of study
• The shortlisted applicants will be called for counselling (virtual or physical)
• The fact that a candidate has qualified and has been called for the counselling does not guarantee admission to him / her. This depends upon the cut-off fixed on the merit list and the availability of seats

• Admission will be based on the score secured in the qualifying exam and their performance in counseling.
• Selected applicants in the interview will be informed about the reporting date on the day of counselling. Admission formalities of submitting all available original documents and fees for the first year must be completed by the applicant on or before the reporting date. Otherwise, their admission will be cancelled. 

Qualifying Mathematics test for BCA

• Applicants from Commerce and Arts background opting for BCA programmes should qualify in-house Mathematics test to proceed with final admission. This test is not applicable to students who have studied Mathematics subject in class 12. The date of the Mathematics test will be informed to candidates shortlisted after the counselling/interview.

• The final examination of 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi) or The council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE, New Delhi) or Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized board/university or its equivalent examination
• NIOS Board and Open schools recognised by JEE
• Students who have appeared for their Std. XII finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date
• A pass in any stream with minimum overall aggregate of 65% with Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Applied Mathematics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination mentioned above
• In case of applicants belonging to SC/ST community or applicants hailng  from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, 10% relaxation is provided (i.e.,) 50% minimum aggregate
• Candidates should have been born on or after 01.07.2005

Candidates who have completed two year pre university course (plus two) from Karnataka state board or its equivalent from other states/board with 40% are eligible or equivalent CGPA for admission into this course. Candidate should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects.
