The candidate can take admission via WBJEEB Counselling process or can come to college directly for admission.

For WBJEEB Counselling:

After publication the counseling notification of WBJEE, students have to register for e-counseling process, to the portal of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (wbjeeb.nic.in).
Students have to fill their choice of streams and as well as institute. Students will get their allotment of seat according to the choice filled.
After getting the allotment, students need to report to the reporting centre (list given in the WBJEE portal).
After reporting to the reporting centre, students report to the respective institute for taking admission.
Students, who are intended to take direct admission, contact office to the institution.

Students qualifying in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) may also be admitted as decided by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, AICTE, and WBUT.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 Board Exam – 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Information Technology /Information Practices / Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Candidates must clear Theory & Practical examination. 40% marks in case of candidates of SC/ST/OBC in the above subjects taken together.
Valid rank in WBJEE or JEE (Main) 2025.
Passed in English

Candidates seeking admission in the B.Tech courses are required to pass the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or any equivalent examination of a recognized Board or University with 45% marks in PCM (40% for SC/ ST) and qualify in the Joint Entrance Examination and get admitted through Online Web-based e-counseling to be conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) under the purview of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of West Benga, AICTE, WBUT.

LATERAL ENTRY: Diploma Holders in Engineering/ Technology, as well as B.Sc qualifying in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for lateral entry (WBJELET,) are eligible for admission into the third semester (2nd year) of B.Tech. courses through Central Counseling by CSC (E&T) up to a maximum limit of 10% of the approved intake in each stream.

OTHERS: Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or any equivalent examination of a recognized Board or University with 45% marks in PCM (40% for SC /ST), are also eligible for admission.
