The Institute uses CAT score and past academic performance for shortlisting the candidates for its two-year full-time Post Graduate Programs in Management

IMT will short-list the candidates for the Critical Thinking-Group Exercise-Personal Interview(CT-GE-PI) process based on their best available test scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT score for Nagpur campus. Post-short-listing on the basis of available scores, applicants will be called for CT-GE-PI process and the final offering will be based on scores, performance in CT-GE-PI process and the overall profile of the candidate.

• The Critical Thinking (CT) Test
• Group Exercise (GE)
• Personal Interview (PI)

• The minimum marks is 60% marks or CGPA of 6.0 (on a 10 point scale) for
  general / OBC (NCL) category candidates and 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for SC /
  ST and PwD category candidates.
• All candidates admitted through CAT should have a 3 Years Bachelors’ degree
  with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subjects or a 4 Years Bachelors’
  degree in Engineering or Master’s degree with Mathematics / Statistics as one
  of the subjects at Bachelor’s level.

• Minimum three years Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate*

 Applicants who are appearing for the final-year degree examination can also apply, subject to submission of all mark sheets and pass certificate to IMT’s Academic Program office at a later date. Failing to do so will result in admission being canceled.

** In the case of the candidates applying on the basis of GMAT and score is not provided, processing of application will be provisional, subject to IMT receiving the official GMAT score on or before February 28, 2022
