Admission will be made based on NATA Scores and the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, i.e., Senior Secondary level or equivalent exams.

Any student desirous in taking admission have to fulfill minimum eligibility condition mentioned below and seat will be allocated strictictly on the basis of First Come First Serve.

 pass NATA Exam/ JEE Paper 2  

Candidate must possess 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level.
or
10+3 years Diploma recognized by the Central / State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.
or
International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.

All candidates possessing any of the above qualifications and seeking admission to the B. Arch. The program must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score of 50%.

Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination; (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA-2019 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).

12th pass with aggregate 50% marks with PCM as compulsory subjects
