JEE Main

The admissions to B.Tech. programmes in the first year shall be made through JEE Main.

● Total intake shall be filled based on merit rank obtained by the candidates in the JEE Main Entrance Examination who have appeared in the qualifying examination.

B.Tech. First Year

The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks (40% in case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category) with Mathematics, Physics, and one of the following subjects: Chemistry/ BioTechnology / Biology/ Technical Vocational subject

B.Tech. 2nd Year (Lateral Entry)

The candidate should have passed a three/two-year Diploma (Lateral Entry) examination from an Institution recognized by U.P. Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology except Agriculture Engineering with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category).

OR

The candidate should have passed three year B.Sc. degree from any recognized University of India as defined by UGC with at least Passed three years B.Sc. degree from any recognized University of India as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and have passed the 10+2 exam with Mathematics as a subject.

• Candidate must have passed 12th from UP Board or equivalent exam from any recognized board.

  » Subjects: Qualify the above examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects & any one of the following subjects, i.e., Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.

  » Minimum Marks: Candidates must pass the above exam with a minimum of 50% (for general candidates) and 45 % (for SC/ST candidates).
