1. GOVERNMENT SEATS (ACPC, GOG):

• These seats will be filled-up by The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Government of Gujarat. The Merit List will be prepared on basis of weightage of 12th board result and GUJCET-2026 examination result by ACPC, GoG.
• The candidate has to apply separately to the ACPC. All the reservations (i.e. SC/ST/SEBC/TFW/EWS/PH) etc. will be filled-up by the ACPC, GoG under this category.

B. ALL INDIA SEATS (THROUGH INSTITUTE):

• The candidate must appear in JEE (Main) – 2026 Entrance Examination.
• These seats will be filled-up by the Institute, on merit basis considering All India Rank (CRL) of JEE (Main)- Paper-I 2026.

C. NRI/NRI-SPONSORED SEATS (THROUGH INSTITUTE):

NRI Seats:

• These seats will be filled-up by the Institute, on merit basis considering 12th board Percentage.
• The NRI Candidates will get priority in admission.

NRI-Sponsored Seats:

• These seats will be filled-up by the Institute, on merit basis considering All India Rank (CRL Rank) of JEE (Main) – Paper-I 2026.

The Candidate Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / 12th Standard Examination in Science stream from a single recognised Board with:

• Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects; and
• Any one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Information Practice / Computer / Technical Vocational Subject.

Minimum Aggregate Marks:

• 45% marks for candidates belonging to General Category.
• 40% marks for candidates belonging to Reserved Categories (other than General).

2. For the Following Programmes (PCM Mandatory):

• Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

Qualification Requirements:

The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / 12th Standard Examination in Science stream from a single recognized Board with:

• Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.

Minimum Aggregate Marks:

• 45% marks for candidates belonging to General Category.
• 40% marks for candidates belonging to Reserved Categories (other than General).
