    Admission is based on the Obtained score in JEE Main Paper I or in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

    Eligibility Criteria

    1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate:

    • i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
    • ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; and Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
    • ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
    • ii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC. and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject;

    2) All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu, and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates.

    • i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
    • ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and Obtained score in JEE Main Paper I or in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
    • ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
    • ii)Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by the University Grants Commission and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject;

    3) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign nationals.

    • i) The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks in the above subjects taken together;
    • ii) Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time.

    Eligibility for Admission to First Year Engineering (FE Admission)
    � Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken Together.
    � Obtained score in CET or JEE Main Paper I.

    Direct Admission to Second Year Engineering
    � Diploma holders who have passed a diploma in engineering/ technology in the appropriate branch with a minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of Backward class categories) from MSBTE or AICTE or respective State Technical Board Approved polytechnic colleges are eligible for admission in direct second year engineering as per norms of AICTE.

    � The Candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC/Association of Indian Universities recognized university with at least 50 % Marks (45 % Marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging only to Maharashtra State) and passed XII standard examination with Mathematics as a subject and with English as the medium of instruction at B.Sc.
