Admission to all undergraduate engineering programmes at VDIT is through Karnataka CET / COMEDK.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the languages and obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with one of the following subjects, namely Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates of Karnataka).

The student who has passed PUC II / 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science, with at least 45% (40% for OBC).
Lateral Entry (B.E. 2nd year): A 3-year diploma in engineering with at least 45%.
