Admission Details
Admission to Masters’ degree programmes is affected through a multi-stage process to select applicants based on their: Performance in the qualifying examination, Portfolio of work, Personal Interaction with the programme faculty and/ or written test, Interest and motivation for the chosen study, Work Experience and Valid GATE/ CEED Score.
The admission is based on PGECET (Telangana State) or GATE.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the various Masters’ Degree programmes if they have obtained at least 55 percent marks in aggregate (50 percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates), in the Bachelors’ degree in Building
Engineering or Civil Engineering
or Architectural Engineering or
Building Science or Architecture from a recognized University or
equivalent, or Five-Year Diploma
in Construction Technology from a
recognized University or an institution
established by an act of Parliament or
State Legislature.
The Candidate who has passed the B.Tech (Civil) or B.Arch with a minimum of 50% marks.
