Admission is based on having qualified for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) with a non-zero positive score.

They should have pursued the science stream, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, achieving a minimum of 45% for open-category students and a minimum of 40% for reserved-category students. They must have qualified for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) with a non-zero positive score.

A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
