The selection of applicants for all programs is made through application and interview. While evaluating applicants for admission, due weightage is given to academic distinction, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra co-curricular activities.

Admission to Three Year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme is based on AP ICET counselling conducted by the Convener, Admissions, AP ICET.

Pass in Graduation in any discipline with 40% and above aggregate marks.

Note: Students awaiting final examinations results are also eligible.

Final year students who have not received the original certificates from the Board / University by august 01, 2026 will be admitted provisionally. Their admission will be confirmed subject to their passing the qualifying examination and meeting the minimum requirements as indicated above. The registration of the candidates not meeting the criteria by September 14, 2026 will be cancelled. In such cases, admission fee will be forfeited and only 50% of the semester fee will be refunded after notifying the cancellation of the seat by the University.

For the purpose of determining eligibility, based on aggregate percentage of marks for the respective program, the procedure used by the respective Board / University in award of the Certificate / Degree will only be taken into consideration. All applicants should have completed a minimum 15 years of formal education for MCA program by August 01, 2026.

• A candidate seeking admission into MBA should have passed Bachelor’s Degree Examination with mathematics as one of the subject OR should have appeared for the final year Bachelor’s Degree  Examination with mathematics as one of the subject in any faculty other than BFA and BOL awarded by the Universities in the State of Andhra Pradesh at the time of applying for the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) or any other examination recognized by any of the Universities in the State as equivalent to 3 year Degree (10 +2 + 3 ). • Mathematics as one of the subject in the Degree course are eligible for Admissions if they pass 10th class OR 10 + 2 examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
• Admissions are made by the Convener, ICET as per the merit at the ICET conducted by the APSCHE.
