The eligibility criteria for admission into UG programs are as per the norms approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. The sanctioned seats in each program in the college are classified into CATEGORY – A and CATEGORY – B at 1st Year Level and Lateral Entry at 2nd Year Level.
Admission to these courses is through the Engineering, Agriculture & Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, on the successful completion of the program by the students through a unified system of examination.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
