All applicants are required to appear in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1 Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The University shall not conduct t its own CET f o for admissions but shall be utilizing the merit of JEE Main Paper 1 for its admissions. The admissions would be based on the merit/rank in the JEE.

• Students must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology. Or
• Direct admission to Second year B.Tech. (Lateral entry)
• Candidates who have passed three years of Engg. Diploma from an Institution located in U.P. with minimum 60% marks OR whose parents (Father or mother) are domicile of Uttar Pradesh and have passed three years Engg. Diploma (with a minimum of 60% marks) recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U. P., in any branch of Engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture), are eligible for admission to the Second year in any branch of Engineering / Technology.
• SECOND YEAR ADMISSION

  Candidates who have passed three years of B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects from any recognized University, securing a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate, are also eligible for admission to the second year in any branch of Engineering / Technology.

Candidate should pass in 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics provided candidate has passed in each subject separately. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination.
