Management Quota

Puran Murti Campus offers 30% seats to meritorious students as per their academic performance. There are also some reserved seats for the quota students as per the Government policies. The quota is in many fields such as Defence Service, BPL, SC & ST, Girl Students, Single Girl Child, Physically Challenged, Kashmiri Migrant, OBC, and EWS in General.

Students who have successfully completed 12th or equivalent with PCM/ PCB are eligible. To pursue B. Tech course, students should satisfy the following eligibility criteria:-

Following Eligibility should be fulfilled before taking admission in B. Tech course:-

• Applicants must have passed the 10+2 board examination with any recognized board.
• Applicants must have studied any of the three subjects from the following physics/ mathematics/ chemistry/ computer science/ electronics/ information technology/ biology/ informatics practices/ biotechnology/ technical vocational subject/ agriculture/ engineering graphics/ business studies/ entrepreneurship.(Any of the three)
• A minimum score of 45% in the 12th board examination (40% of marks for the reserved categories) in any of the three subjects that are mentioned above.
• Passed any diploma course with a minimum 3-year duration.
• For the diploma, you must have scored 45% marks (40% of marks for the reserved categories).

Lateral Entry

Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.

OR

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

OR

Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

The candidate who has passed 10+2 in PCM or equivalent is eligible for this course.
