• Admissions into B. Tech courses are made through CATEGORY - A SEATS and CATEGORY -B SEATS.

• Admission to B.Tech. course is done through AP-EAMCET-2024, a common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of AP State.
• 70% of the seats are allotted for the merit students on basis of their rank in EAPCET-2024. 30% of the seats are under Management Quota.

The eligibility criteria for admission into engineering courses are mentioned below: 

• The candidate shall be of Indian National.
• The candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the academic year for which the admissions are being conducted. 
• The Candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) or equivalent on the date of His / Her counseling for admission.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
