    Admission Details

    Admission to MVJCE Post-Graduate programmes may be obtained through the Post Graduate Karnataka Common Entrance Test (PGCET) examination and selection process or through the Management admission process.

    Post Graduate Common Entrance Test

    The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test is conducted in the month of April/ May every year. Students wishing to obtain admission to colleges affiliated to VTU have to write the PGCET test. Based on the ranking obtained by the student in the PGCET, admission may be obtained during the PGCET counselling process.

    Management Admission Process

    Karnataka and Non-Karnataka students wishing to seek admission into the MBA Programme through the Management admission process are requested to contact the admission cell at the college campus directly and obtain the admission application form.

    The selection process will be purely based on academic merit and aptitude of the student.

      a) PGCET Quota Students:

      • Must be a Graduate (in any stream) from a recognized College or University, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate.
      • Must have cleared PGCET examination.
      • Students who are in the Final year of their Degree program can also apply.
    • b) Management Quota Direct Admission students:

      • Must be a Graduate (in any stream) from a recognized College or University, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate.
      • Must have cleared any one of the following entrance examinations: GMAT/CAT/MAT/IBSAT.
      • Students who are in the Final year of their Degree program can also apply.
    • c) Students in the SC/ST and CAT1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B categories:

      • Must be a Graduate (in any stream) from a recognized College or University, securing a minimum of 45% aggregate.
