    Selection Process at a glance

    Round I

    Stage - 1: Written Assessment Test (WAT): Candidates will be given a written assignment/ essay/topical write-up to be completed in 10 minutes. They will be judged on their written communication skills like the content, language, grammar, presentation, etc. for 10 marks.

    Round II

    Stage - 2: Group Exercise: Candidates will be given an exercise /activity to be completed in the group within the specified time. They will be assessed for 30 marks on their communication skills, team working, problem-solving ability, etc.

    Round III

    Stage - 3: Eligibility document verification: Candidate will show their original documents pertaining to all information submitted in their application form particularly education, work experience, achievement as mentioned in the interview call letter.

    Stage - 4: Personal Interview: Each candidate will be individually interviewed by  an expert two-member panel comprising of academicians/ HR professionals/ Operations management  experts / corporate executives to assess his/her overall personality effectiveness, attitude, fitment to the programme, curricular and co-curricular performance, professional achievements,  tenure of work experience, its relevance to programme, etc. The personal interview process will carry 60 marks.

    Eligibility Criteria

    A bachelor’s or equivalent degree, in any discipline, including Engineering, Humanities, Commerce, Economics, Medicine or any other branch of education, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, post higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2024. Candidates who are unable to comply with this requirement are liable to be rejected from the program.
