Admission will be done through Valid National Level Entrance Exam (CAT, XAT, CMAT and GMAT) Score and Personal Interview,

• The selection process will be based on the best score secured in the Amrita Common Aptitude Test (ACAT) or valid test score of CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/GRE/KMAT/NMAT
• Candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI), based on their academic and test scores, and will be informed about the PI date by email and SMS. (Candidates who are not shortlisted will not get any communication)
• During the PI candidates will be evaluated on their written and verbal communication skills, subject and general knowledge, and overall personality.
• Offer letter sent to the candidates to the successful candidates by email.
• Selected candidates need to make the payment online by the said date.

Minimum three-year bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category candidates) from a recognised university. However, the final year graduate student are eligible to apply.

• UG degree (10+2+3 Pattern) recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
• Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and UG for all campuses. Students in their final year can apply with the last completed semester results.
• Any one of the valid test scores of Rank in Amrita Common Aptitude Test (ACAT) / CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / GMAT / GRE. Candidates appearing for these tests can apply with the test registration number.
• Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore Campus accepts NMAT scores
• Department of Management, Kochi and Amritapuri (Kollam) campuses accept valid KMAT scores.
• Students opting for the MS from University at Buffalo at the Bengaluru campus must submit any one of the English Proficiency Tests: TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo English Test on or before September 30. This score is needed only for the additional MS degree and failing to submit it will not affect the student's MBA degree.
