Admission to the B.H.M.S. course is based on the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by an authority designated by the Central Government.

A pass in HSC/ PDC/ CBSE/ Intermediate or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology ( Botany and Zoology) as the subjects of study as prescribed by the Govt of Andhra Pradesh.  

The eligibility for admission into the BAMS course is that a candidate must have passed the two-year Pre-University or Plus Two or 12th examination or Intermediate or equivalent with Science subjects obtaining at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
