Every university conduct entrance exam and the eligibility is PCM or PCB If any candidate wants to get admission in B.pharmacy then they can get the admission through merit for which they should have good percentage in their 12th class exam. As many colleges are giving admission based on candidate 12 exam percentage. Management quota before we dive into understanding the admission process for B.pharmacy through management quota, it is important for you to understand what the term management quota means. This is basically a type of direct admission for candidates who either do not want to go through an entrance exam or have not scored well in the entrance exam. Lateral entry - If any candidate wants to get admission in b pharmacy then they can get after completing their two year of diploma in pharmacy course and can get admission in B. pharmacy in college as a lateral entry directly in 2nd Year.
Eligibility Criteria
The subject combination required in the qualifying examination (intermediate examination of U.P.Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent) for admission to the first year of different courses shall be as follows:-
Compulsory Subjects: Physics & Chemistry
Optional Subjects (Any one)- Mathematics/ Bio-Technology/ Biology / Technical Vocational Subject.
For admission to first year of B. Pharm. candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University and securing minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required each compulsory subjects and one optional subject taken together as given above.
10+2 from a recognised Board with PCM / Biology as compulsory subjects with 50% marks.
