The admission is based on the Entrance Examination TG EAPCET.

The admission to the B.Tech. course, under “Category A” seats, is through a state-level entrance test called “Engineering, Agricultural Sciences and Medical Common Entrance Test” (EAMCET), conducted by Telangana.

1. 70% of the students are admitted under “Category A” by the Convener of EAMCET based on the rank secured in EAMCET and as per the rules of reservation in force.

2. 30% of the students are admitted under “Category B” by the college management based on the guidelines issued by the government of Telangana.

The Convener of Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) admits candidates in the 2nd year of B.Tech (lateral entry), from the stream of Diploma Holders and B.Sc. Graduates with Mathematics as one of the subjects based on the rank secured in ECET to an extent of 10% of the sanctioned intake, on a supernumerary basis.

Category ‘A’: The admissions into Category ‘A’ are made by Govt. of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in the Intermediate or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% and must qualify TG EAPCET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. Category ‘B’: The admissions into ‘B’ category will be made by the management of the College based on the merit in TG EAPCET / Intermediate Marks.

Lateral Entry B.Tech

The admissions are made by the Government of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in 3 years Diploma course or equivalent exam and must qualify TG ECET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. The admissions will be made through web counseling.

Category ‘B’: The admissions into ‘B’ category will be made by the management of the College based on the merit in TS ICET/Degree

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
